ELISABETH COLLINS - HISTORY
I have come back to where it all began!
I grew up living in East Haddon where my Parents farmed and have so many happy memories of jumping around the farm with my sisters.
After working for Nick Gaselee, Robert Williams and William Jarvis, I met and married Tony Collins and moved to Scotland. Whilst I lived in Scotland my connection with the Racing Industry was maintained as I have worked at both the Rowley Mile and the July Course since 2001. Since 2018 I have also worked at Royal Ascot and The Champions Meeting.
When Tony and I came back to Northamptonshire in 2017 we were in the process of converting a barn so spent the first 8 months in a static home! Things have moved on, the house is complete and we now have five stables, a deep litter barn and a horse walker plus several meadows that are ideal for Summer turnout. The pasture is all on lovely old turf, has spring water and is never over grazed.
I am keen to develop the “turnout” as over the years “stock” have done very well on this farm. Our Hunters and Pointers all came up from the meadows looking fantastic and cattle and sheep also thrive.
All the meadows have big hedges and create wonderful natural shelter.
It is a secluded and peaceful environment for horses.
Please get in touch for more information.
Many thanks
Elisabeth
